As the name suggests Service Xcellence was born out of passion seeing how many organisations struggle to break through in their delivery of services and products. The consultancy business was established to deliver quality products and services to its clients as well as equip other businesses with excellent skills to deliver their solutions to their clients under the Vision, “Providing Excellent Service Delivery and Skills for All . Established under the Founder s vast experience as an IT professional with more than 18 years worth of experience delivering measured, monitored and managed service to the customers, Service Xcellence is a wholly owned female Motswana citizen business which believes that every Organisation, Department, Division and Unit, however small or big, can also measure, monitor and manage their services effectively and again excellence.

Segametsi has worked with multiple contractors and business partners. Her desire for service excellence was evident in her push for service that has been pledged to meet contractual obligations both on the IT and business side. Her experience has been acquired from working in various organizations from government parastatals and private companies, where she held positions in technical levels to senior management levels as well as board membership. She holds, among others, MSc Strategic Management, BSc Computer Science, MDP, COBIT, ITIL and is also a professional member of PMI and ISACA professional bodies. In addition Segametsi has developed over the years as a public speaker and MC and this led to her establishing Serg on Stage , a name derived from her pseudo name Serg, as she is commonly called.
